Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping Policy

All orders will be processed by us within 1-2 business days except montessori products. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays (due to courier services unavailability).

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Delivery usually takes about 1-2 business days, depending on your location. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Please note that standard delivery will be done to the nearest office of your location and you will have to pick-up your order. Courier service used is "PRIMEWELL". If you would prefer home delivery (door to door), this is of course possible with an extra charge and after communication with us.

In case delivery near your location is not supported by courier express companies it will be send via the traditional Cyprus post-office (further delay is expected).

For any other special request, for example delivery using another courier service, please contact us and will arrange it, by firstly informing you of the relevant shipping fee.
