Refund policy
In case of incorrect or defective product, inform us immediately and in a period of 24 hours after collection. The defective or incorrect product will have to be returned in order to receive the refund or to be sent a replacement (the return of the product must be done using the courier service including the product packaging).
If you want to replace the defective product with another product of the same value, then there will be no charge for shipping/postage and product replacement will be done right after the original product is received back.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
